ORDERING
1. Choose the item you want to order
2. Add to cart and then checkout
3. Upon checkout, kindly send your order number through facebook messenger for the confirmed delivery date
4. After sending your order number, a customer representative will assist you and provide all the details needed
5. Once order is finalized, wait for your order to arrive on the confirmed delivery day.
6. No cancellation of orders once processed
7. All items are delivered unassembled with manual and basic tools
SHIPPING
1. We deliver within Metro Manila and selected nearby provinces, no pick up allowed due to covid
2. Standard Delivery fee within Metro Manila is 350
3. If items will be coming from different warehouses, delivery fee will be adjusted
4. Some items can be delivered next day and some are scheduled every Wednesday and Saturday only
5. Estimated time of delivery is between 10am to 8pm only, no definite time of arrival since items are dispatched all at the same time
6. Make sure that someone will receive the package on the delivery date, we can reschedule if failed delivery but need to pay for penalty
7. Kindly prepare exact amount if Cash on Delivery
