So you want to achieve that modern minimalist home, you’re excited to finally tell all your friends and capture those
perfect moments with loved ones, you daydream of taking photos and waking up with amazing ambiance, and then reality hits
you have no idea where to even begin!
Here’s what we learned, it pays to hire an expert – someone who actually knows the ins and outs of styling your home
from drawing the floor plans, choosing the right theme, and perfecting every piece of decor.
To get started, choose the service that’s right for you.
A. Home Package Service
Inclusions:
- The Client is entitled to have a Design Consultation with 1 free initial Floor Plan
- If the Client wishes to have another set of Floor Plans with requested revisions, the succeeding drawings will no longer be free of charge.
- The succeeding Floor Plans will be charged per sheet/drawing.
- If the Client wishes to have their whole house/unit styled, they can avail of this service provided that they bought their furniture pieces from Scandi Home PH.
Rates:
- Unlike the other Design on Demand Service, the Client will no longer be charged differently per area.
- The rate for the Home Package Service will be based on a per square meter basis (Php600/sqm)
- Succeeding floor plans/drawings will be charged at Php500/drawing
- The total, overall area of the house/ unit will be computed FIRST in order to come up with an estimated cost.
B. Per Area Service
Inclusions:
- The Per area Package is a Design and Styling Package for Clients who wish to have a single area/space in their homes styled.
- The Client is entitled to have a Design Consultation with 1 FREE initial Floor Plan.
- If the Client wishes to have another set of Floor Plans with requested revisions, the succeeding drawings
- The succeeding Floor Plans will be charged per sheet/drawing.
Rates:
- Succeeding floor plans/drawings will be charged at Php 500/drawing.
- A fixed-rate of Php 5,000 per 5 sqm. area will be charged for this Service.
- An additional Php 500 for every succeeding square meter (or fraction of a square meter) will be charged.
- The rate for the Per area Package is negotiable between Scandi Home PH and the Client, depending on the Client’s budget.
Terms and Conditions
- Master plan of the house/unit from the Client/s should be provided as much as possible.
- In the absence of Master plan, clear photos of the house/unit should at least be provided by the Client.
- For better communication and easier transaction, consultations will be done via video call (Zoom/ Google Meet).
- Clients who purchased furniture pieces from Scandi Home PH are the only ones who can avail of any of the packages rendered in the Design-on-Demand Service.
- Floor Plan drawings will only be provided AFTER Consultation and the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement/Contract.
- The Total Package Cost will be computed based on all the work rendered by the Designer in Charge.10% Contingency Cost will be added to the Total Package Cost.
- The proposed Floor Plans will include basic specifications such as
- measurements, finishes, and labels.
- Once the total fee for the Styling service has been computed, the
- Client should place a 50% down payment as a security fee. The other 50% can be paid once the Styling service has been finished.
- A copy of the breakdown of the package cost will be provided to the Client for transparency purposes.
