1. Items that are damaged or has missing parts but can be replaced are not grounds for a refund.
2. Replacement will be sent within 2-3 days on the original delivery address only (No definite time of arrival)
3. Damages or missing parts must be reported with photos or videos within 24 hours upon recipient of the item
4. Change of mind is not applicable for a refund especially when order is already processed
5. Should the buyer insists on the refund, warehouse penalties and delivery shall be paid accordingly
6. Pull out and refund usually takes 2-5 business days
