What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on delivery (depending on your location), direct transfer to QRPH, Gcash, GoTyme, Maya, BPI QR, BPI Business Account, Security Bank Business Elite Account, Manager’s Check, Purchase Orders, Credit Card VISA / MasterCard Straight Payment (via terminal) (via Maya Checkout) and Billease installments.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
At Scandi Home, we personally inspect every piece of furniture before it leaves our facility to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because each item is handled with care by our professional delivery and installation team, we invite you to thoroughly inspect your furniture upon arrival.
Change of Mind: We understand that choosing furniture is a personal journey. If you decide an item is not the perfect fit after installation, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we are proud to offer a Trade-In Program that allows you to exchange your item for store credit, subject to a professional inspection and a handling fee. Please contact our concierge team to discuss your options.
On-Site Inspection: We consider your signed delivery document at the point of installation as confirmation that the item has arrived in perfect, satisfactory condition.
Reporting Manufacturing Issues: Should you discover a manufacturing defect or receive an incorrect item, please notify our team within 24 hours of delivery. We are committed to resolving verified manufacturing issues promptly to ensure your home remains a sanctuary.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, you may visit us at Scandi Home Furniture Shop, 15 Chestnut, Brgy. San Roque Marikina. One-side street parking is available on Cypress Street or at the warehouse.
How long is your delivery timeline?
Metro Manila starts at P750 (1-2 days express delivery) and Nearby provinces starts at P1,500 (2-3 days) multiple drop off per route basis, you may also opt for special delivery if you’re available on a specific date only.
Do you offer assembly?
Yes, the hauling and installation is included.
Do you customize?
As of now, we do not accept custom orders for retail clients. A minimum order of 50-100 pcs is required for wholesale / corporate accounts.

How long if we pre order an item?
Pre order standard lead time is 4 – 8 weeks, you may review the guidelines here.
